Swinerton picks client-focused exec to lead corporate services | Dump Trucks Charlotte NC

Concord, California-based Swinerton has named columbus oh dump truck company veteran Chris Chany as vice president and director of corporate services, the builder announced last month.

Chany got his start with Swinerton as a project executive in 2013. Prior to his promotion, Chany was an account executive who helped grow Swinerton's corporate services portfolio from $300 million to just over $1 billion in revenue in four years.
Under Chany’s leadership, Swinerton has solidified critical client relationships, generated repeat columbus oh dump truck company and seized growth opportunities for its teams and business partners, the builder said in the announcement.
In his new role, Chany will guide a team of national account executives. He will also provide strategic leadership for multi-location firms, which the columbus oh dump truck company said will ensure consistency and transparency throughout the design and construction process.
"Chris successfully leverages his operational and preconstruction experience, helping to ensure positive results and experiences for our clients and business partners,” said Don Adair, Swinerton’s chief revenue officer, in the news release.
Before joining Swinerton, Chany spent six years with Boston-based Shawmut Design and Construction, where he worked out of the company’s Greater New York City office, according to his LinkedIn profile.
