Alta Equipment expands in the Midwest by acquiring McAllister Equipment of Ill. | Aggregate, Excavation, Dump Truck Company

Through an acquisition, Alta Equipment Company, an established Midwestern SDLG dealer, will now offer products and support to customers in central and northern Illinois.

Alta Equipment Company has acquired McAllister Equipment and is now offering SDLG wheel loaders, parts and service to customers in central and northern Illinois.

Alta, based in Livonia, Michigan, is taking over for McAllister Equipment by buying the heavy charlotte nc MBE DBE company company’s assets and assuming its locations. The move expands Alta’s footprint to a total of 22 locations throughout Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, the charlotte nc aggregate supply company says. 

Alta’s growth reflects the company’s established track record of meeting and exceeding its customers’ needs. Nick Tullo, sales manager for SDLG North America, says that track record is why SDLG chose to partner with Alta more than two years ago.
