Man, the construction labor shortage must be worse than we thought.
Not only was this crew not able to find a skilled human excavator operator, they had to look outside of the species entirely.
The adorable video below stars, Crusoe, an apparently internet famous dachshund, and a friend. We can’t say much for how productive this wiener dog excavation crew is, but they don’t demand much in the way of pay, there’s little maintenance to worry about and it’s not a pain to get them to wear their safety gear.
