Deutz to take over production of Sany’s engine range in new joint venture

Germans take their carbon footprint seriously. The Chinese are doing everything they can to reduce air pollution. So it comes as no surprise that the German engine manufacturer Deutz and the Chinese charlotte nc dump trucks manufacturer Sany have entered a joint venture agreement for around 75,000 new diesel engines by 2022.

Deutz will take over production of Sany’s current engine range and produce engines for Sany that meet the China IV emissions standard for off-road and China 6 for on-road applications.

Kobelco: New SK75SR-7, SK85CS-7 combine compact design with full-size benefits

Both machines are powered by a 70-horsepower, turbocharged Yanmar 4TNV98CT diesel that is Tier 4 Final certified and does not require the use of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). Kobelco says the new engine beings a power output increase of about 28 percent.

Lifting capacity on the SK75SR-7 is 3,320 pounds, a 27-percent increase over the SK75SR-3E, while the SK85CS-7 has 3,570 pounds of capacity, an 18-percent increase over the SK85CS-3E.

Bobcat intros new UV34 UTVs with new chassis, 25% more towing power

Bobcat has taken the wraps off of two new utility vehicles that feature durability and performance upgrades over previous models.

The UV34 and UV34XL UTVs are both powered by a 23.5-horsepower diesel engine. Both have 1,250 pounds of box load capacity. Rated payload on the UV34 is 1,900 pounds while the UV34XL has 2,075 pounds of capacity.
