Monk JCB breaks ground on new Houston facility | Dump Truck Company
Monk JCB has broken ground on a second Houston location at 11211 N.
Freeway. The $8 million facility is expected to open during the first quarter of 2020 and will exclusively offer and support JCB construction equipment.
The 10-acre site will accommodate a 13,000 square-foot office/showroom building for offices and a showroom, as well as an eight-bay service department.
Two acres of product display and demonstration areas will allow customers to try out JCB machines, including skid steers, compact excavators, backhoes, telescopic handlers, wheel loaders and large excavators.
