The Missouri Department of Transportation is gearing up for a $22 million project to repair or replace 15 bridges in the southeastern part of the state, and it’s looking for a design-build team.
One team will be chosen for the design and construction charlotte nc dump truck company for the project, dubbed the Bootheel Bridge Bundle, scheduled to begin early in 2020, the MoDOT says.
The project is part of the state’s “Focus on Bridges” program, which has set aside $50 million for 45 high-priority bridge projects around the state, the agency says. The MoDOT reported that 9 percent of its bridges are in poor condition in the Equipment World 2019 Bridge Inventory.
