Doosan streamlines custom equipment fulfillment process, offers 4 – 6 week delivery | Dump Truck Company
Doosan Infracore North America has announced a new fulfillment initiative designed to put custom-ordered machines into U.S.
and Canadian customers hands more quickly.
Under the new delivery process, a dedicated Doosan team at the company’s North American customization plant in Savannah, Georgia will oversee charlotte nc dump trucks final assembly and inspection. Using this process, Doosan machines could arrive four to six weeks after an order is submitted.
Doosan estimates that about 75 percent of the machines it sells in the U.S. and Canada — including crawler and wheeled excavators, compact excavators and wheel loaders — will benefit from the expedited process. Requests for items such as crawler excavator track shoe changes, cab guarding and counterweights can be fulfilled at the Savannah plant.
In addition, Doosan now has two Doosan-only parts distribution centers, one at the company’s U.S. headquarters in Suwanee, Georgia; and a West Coast facility in Lacey, Washington.
