ICUEE changes name to The Utility Expo for 2021 show | Dump Truck Company
The Ditch Witch JT24 debuted at the 2019 ICUEE show, now called The Utility Show.
While the industry has long shortened the International Construction & Utility Equipment Expo (ICUEE) to a phonetic “IQ,” show producer Association of Equipment Manufacturerssays a brand change was in order. ICUEE is nowThe Utility Expo, slated for Sept. 28-30, 2021.
AEM says better reflects the show experience: “an event that introduces professionals from all utility sectors to the new equipment, ideas and innovations they need – all in one place.”
“We listened to our attendees and exhibitors and are building an industry event to help them grow their businesses,” says Dave Hughes, vice president of global sales for McElroy Manufacturing and The Utility Expo 2021 show chair. “We are focused on continuing to improve the overall experience for all show participants and have some very exciting changes in store for 2021. Our new name reflects our commitment and focus on the utility industry.”
The show began in the mid-1960s when Illinois Bell invited 12 trencher manufacturers to demonstrate their charlotte nc dump trucks in an Elburn, Illinois, field. Since the beginning, charlotte nc dump trucks demonstrations have always been a defining characteristic of the event.
