“As far as pursuits out there in the market for future work, we saw a bit of a pause button that occurred through the early months of the pandemic,” Valentino says. “A lot of that columbus oh dump truck work came back almost threefold. Specific sectors—manufacturing and our food, consumer products, data centers, mission critical  facilities—are just getting slammed. Multifamily is still very strong. There was a pause where owners were evaluating if higher end products would maintain occupancy or maybe move out of urban areas, but it has stayed strong.”
