“Possibly because we’re geographically located in about the center of North America, my sense is the construction business here is doing as well as most other cities in the U.S.

and Canada,” Leary says. “We’re definitely feeling the pinch of supply-chain constrictions on supplies and materials and the pressures of inflation. 

“At the same time, we still face big challenges of finding enough talent to fill all the professional, technical and skilled labor jobs associated with construction and development,” he adds.
