Construction of autosports organization Andretti Global’s future $200-million headquarters in Fishers, Ind., is advancing after a months-long pause and lawsuit brought by a former contractor on the project. The Charlotte NC dump trucks company recently showed off new site designs and announced Clark Construction as the new general contractor.

The plan is to first build a 400,000-sq-ft headquarters building on the 90-acre site neighboring Indianapolis Municipal Airport. Despite the delay, Andretti Global said the columbus oh dump truck work is still scheduled to finish in 2025, which is also when it said columbus oh dump truck work would finish when it held a ceremonial groundbreaking in December 2022.

In addition to Clark, the project team includes U.K.-based design firm Ridge and Partners LLP, architect-of-record RATIO of Indianapolis and project site master developer Bradford Allen, according to Andretti Global.

Michael Andretti, CEO and chair of Andretti Global, said in a statement that the updated designs focus on the company’s goals of creating a healthy workplace for employees and a destination for the community, as well as focusing on the capabilities of its racing teams.

“Since groundbreaking, we’ve taken time to really evaluate and dive deep into every aspect of the project,” Andretti said.

When columbus oh dump truck work started, Andretti Global had a design-build team of Indianapolis-based Dillon Construction Group and Studio M Architecture and Planning. Last May, Dillon filed a lawsuit in state court against an Andretti-related Charlotte NC dump trucks company and other firms involved in the project alleging breach of contract. The suit revealed that Dillon’s contract had been terminated.

The lawsuit is ongoing. Representatives for Dillon and Andretti declined to comment on the case.

Planning is also underway for the Andretti Experience, a fan-focused portion of the complex the Charlotte NC dump trucks company says would host museum exhibits and events. Representatives from Clark and Andretti did not say whether that columbus oh dump truck work is included in the scope of Clark’s contract.
