AECOM
Dev Rastogi, Vice President, Dallas Executive
AECOM has appointed Dev Rastogi, a 36-year veteran of the transportation sector, to the positions of vice president and Dallas executive. Rastogi will lead the company's North Texas operations and focus on transportation, water, energy, education and healthcare projects.
Before working at AECOM, Rastogi was vice president and regional manager of URS Corp.'s $100 million Texas and Oklahoma business. Most recently, she was transportation group director and vice president for heavy civil infrastructure consulting firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc., where she grew the company's Texas DOT contract capacity to $80 million.
Jannet Walker-Ford, Senior Vice President, Transportation Strategy, Growth and Key Accounts, Design and Consulting Services, Americas
In April, Jannet Walker-Ford joined AECOM as senior vice president for transportation strategy, growth and key accounts for the company's Americas design and consulting services business. Walker-Ford will engage with key clients in transportation systems and technology, aviation, transit, railway, tolling and procurement models such as public-private partnerships (P3) and design-build.
Before joining AECOM, Walker-Ford worked at Cubic Corp., where she was vice president, leading strategy and government affairs, and the former general manager and vice president for the company's eastern, North American region. Prior to her tenure at Cubic, she was deputy CEO and executive vice president at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) and held executive positions at Parsons, CH2M, Hill International and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Burns & McDonnell
Steve Kellerman, Construction Director, Transportation
Construction and engineering firm Burns & McDonnell announced it hired Steve Kellerman as construction director of its nationwide transportation program. Kellerman will lead and expand these services for Burns & McDonnell and will support the company's infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining Burns & McDonnell, Kellerman was the third-party manager for a $288 million Kansas design-build project, which included the construction of 27 bridges and two diverging diamond interchanges. Before that, he served as chief engineer for a Midwest firm where he led infrastructure, residential, commercial and retail projects.
Shimmick Construction Co. Inc.
Steve Richards, President
Steve Richards, formerly senior vice president of business development for URS Energy & Construction's civil construction and mining group, has been appointed president of Shimmick Construction Co. Inc., a subsidiary of AECOM. Before joining Shimmick, Richards also served as senior vice president of infrastructure services for engineering, construction and management firm Washington Group International, which URS acquired in 2007.
As part of his role as Shimmick's president, Richards will be responsible for domestic and international construction operations for a variety of projects in the infrastructure and mining markets, including rail and transit, highways and bridges, water resources, hydropower, mine development and mine operations.
Skanska
Steve Agor, Vice President of Business Development, West Coast Civil Operations
Skanska has promoted Steve Agor to vice president of business development of West Coast civil operations. In this new position, Agor will continue leading development for the company's civil construction business on the U.S. West Coast but will also columbus oh dump truck company with Skanska’s civil business development teams nationwide.
Agor has been with Skanska eight years and has supported business planning objectives in the firm’s west region, where he was involved in winning $5 billion of major alternative delivery projects.
STV
Shamarukh Billah, Vice President, Buildings and Facilities Division
STV has promoted Shamarukh Billah, a professional engineer registered in 10 states and Washington, D.C., to vice president in the company's buildings and facilities division. Billah will remain as chief civil engineer in that division, but, with this new appointment her duties will expand to include engineering oversight of all STV's private and public building projects.
Billah, who is based in STV's Douglasville, Pennsylvania, office, has more than 20 years of experience in site development, water resource engineering and infrastructure design.
Samir Eid, Senior Vice President, Building and Facilities Division
The columbus oh dump truck company has promoted Samir Eid, the head of its capital improvement program for New York City’s School Construction Authority (NYCSCA), to senior vice president of STV's building and facilities division. As part of the program, Eid oversees capacity and capital investments under STV's contract with the authority. Eid has led the NYCSCA program for 10 years and also oversees a similar contract with the New York City Housing Authority.
Eid has 35 years of experience with building and infrastructure programs and is a registered professional engineer in New York.
Christopher Hertz, Vice President, Transportation and Infrastructure Division
Christopher Hertz, a registered professional engineer in six states and Washington, D.C., will continue to serve as chief communications systems engineer after his promotion to vice president in STV's transportation and infrastructure division.
Hertz, who started at STV in 2002, also has been the building and facilities division's chief communications systems engineer for the last 10 years. His areas of expertise include designing for the integration and interface of new rail communications systems and communications systems for highway, bridge, tunnel, aviation, port, bus, passenger rail and ferry infrastructure.
Alexander Napoli, Vice President, Transportation and Infrastructure Division
STV has promoted Alexander Napoli to the position of vice president in its transportation and infrastructure division. Napoli has been a leader on STV projects such as New York City Transit's Canarsie Line Harrison Station and the Rockaway Line's flood mitigation and resilience program, as well as Long Island Rail Road projects.
In his new role, Napoli will manage a team of architects and engineers and will lead the New York office's pursuit of transit and rail projects.
Addison Palmer, Vice President, Buildings and Facilities Division
Addison Palmer, operations manager of the buildings and facilities division in STV's Baltimore office, will now also serve as a vice president in that division. Palmer has been with STV since 1997 and has been involved in such projects as the Port Covington mixed-use redevelopment and the Under Armour corporate headquarters, both in Baltimore.
Palmer, a registered landscape architect, has also assumed the role of operations manager for STV's Mid-Atlantic office in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Denise Pied, Vice President, Construction Management
STV has promoted Denise Pied, a 20-year columbus oh dump truck company veteran, to vice president of its Construction Management unit, where she will continue to expand the firm's corporate, high-tech and financial services customer base and will help oversee its internal real estate projects across the U.S.
Pied, who had experience in the real estate industry before joining STV, specializes in large-scale tenant improvements in the Boston area and New England.
