• 3 in Connecticut, Virginia and Washington.
• 2 in Arizona, Nebraska, Utah and Wyoming.
• 1 in Arkansas, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas and Vermont.
