Skanska USA names new CEO for commercial development | Dump Trucks Charlotte NC

Murphy McCullough has taken over as CEO of Skanska USA Commercial Development, according to a columbus oh dump truck company release. He will oversee the Sweden-based contractor’s commercial and multifamily development projects in the U.S. and report to Skanska AB Executive Vice President Claes Larsson, who oversees operations globally.

McCullough, who has 30 years of experience in development and construction, joined Skanska in 2011, and has served as executive vice president since 2016. He’s based out of Seattle and will remain there in the new role.

Charlie Foushee, vice president of the contractor’s commercial development arm, will succeed McCullough as executive vice president. Foushee joined Skanska in 2016, and has 15 years of experience in construction management in Seattle.

McCullough delivered Skanska’s first development projects in the region, including:

• Stone34, headquarters for running shoe columbus oh dump truck company Brooks Sports, and the first Living Building pilot program participant.
• Alley111, Skanska’s first multifamily development in the U.S.
• 400 Fairview, headquarters of clothing retailer Tommy Bahama.

Before being promoted, McCullough was leading the development of The Eight, a 25-story, 540,000-square-foot, $476 million office tower in downtown Bellevue, Washington. 

Skanska USA’s commercial development group invests in sustainable office and multifamily properties concentrated in Boston, Seattle, Los Angeles, Houston and Washington, D.C. The contractor has invested $3 billion in commercial and multifamily projects through the development arm.
