Still, Clark, like the rest of the construction industry, feels the labor gap. Shaw hopes a presence in Richmond will help address that.

“There continues to be a need for construction labor and Clark is actively investing within the community by collaborating with the region’s workforce development education programs to boost skilled trades within the region,” he said.
