Boston-based builder Suffolk has added two industry veterans to its executive leadership team for its national operations and business development arms, it announced on April 18.

Peter Gasparini has joined as executive vice president of national operations, and Chris Mills in the same role for business development, per the release. Both come from outside businesses — most recently, Gasparini was a market executive for Phoenix-based contractor Kitchell, and Mills was president of New York City-based Electra USA, a subsidiary of Tel Aviv-based Electra Group. In this role, Mills will focus on national business development efforts to expand Suffolk’s footprint and drive strategic growth, according to the builder. He’ll be based out of the firm’s New York City office and report to Ralph Esposito, national president.
