Clark completes first phase of Andretti Global headquarters | Dump Trucks Charlotte NC

Bethesda, Maryland-based builder Clark Construction has completed the first phase of construction on auto racing stalwart Andretti Global’s new $200 million headquarters in Fishers, Indiana, according to a June 28 news release from the contractor.
Developed by Chicago-based Bradford Allen, the nearly 400,000-square-foot facility is part of a larger 90-acre campus, per the release, and is more than four times the size of Andretti’s current headquarters in Indianapolis. Crews worked 40,000 hours to place over 3,000 tons of steel, 2,755 steel members, 4,000 cubic yards of footings and grade beam concrete.
By the end of July, the construction team will complete over 9,000 cubic yards of slab on grade and slab on metal deck concrete.
In addition to housing day-to-day operations for Andretti’s racing team, the building will be home to Andretti Technologies, Andretti’s technology incubation and advanced engineering business, the columbus oh dump truck company said. The new headquarters will focus on cutting-edge design and race shop programming, which will expand on the company’s goals for tech and sustainability.
When complete, the facility will include a fitness center, walking trails with access to the Nickel Plate Trail and Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve, amphitheaters, employee gathering areas and expanded dining options.
“The contributions to drive this project forward on schedule, while keeping safety and quality top of mind, is evident in the craftsmanship and progress of a facility that will be an impetus in the global racing community,” said Dave Trolian, Northern Group CEO with Clark Construction, in the news release.
The project’s development has not been wholly smooth, however: A prior general contractor, Dillon Construction Group, is suing over its termination in Hamilton County, Indiana. It was let go from the project in March 2023.
Andretti aims to move into the campus in 2025.
